BAGGAGE STORAGE
We offer you to deposit your luggage on your departure day. Please ask at the front desk until when this is possible. This service depends on our office hours.
In the railway stations at „Alexanderplatz and „Central Station“ 24/7 baggage storage facilities can be found. The price is 1,50 euros for 4 hours or 4,00 - 6,00 euros for the day.
CHECK OUT
Check out time is 11 a.m at the latest. Please note that your room keycard or your digital key is only valid until 11 a.m. Would you like to sleep longer and to check out later, the cost for this service will be 20,00 euros until 1 p.m. Please let us know in time if you want to use this service. For checking out after 1 p.m., the full day‘s price must be paid. If you would like to prolong your stay please inquire it at the reception desk.
Would you like to check out earlier than our office opening hours, just leave the key card(s) in the letter box outside our house on the right side. Please note that not handing in the key card(s) means loss and will generally cost 20,00 euros.
FIRE
Our house is equipped with an up to date alarm system. Please be sure you know where the nearest fire exits are. The escape routes can be found on your room door. Please note that every smoke sets off the fire alarm. That’s why the usage of electronic equipment is absolutely forbidden.
KEY CARD
Please don’t forget your key card if you leave your room. Alternatively, you can use your smartphone as a key card (please let us know if you require this service). Should you need more key cards for your room, you can get them at the reception. Please note that in case of loss, we are forced to charge 20,00 euros.
PARKING
You can park your car in the street in front of our house for 1,00 euro per hour from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. In the area behind the S-Bahn station „Greifswalder Straße“ you can park your car on the street for free.
The next parking garage is at Alexanderplatz („Rathaus Passagen“) and the parking fee is 12,00 euros per day.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Tram
The next tram station „Am Friedrichshain“ is only 100 meters away on the right from our house. The Tram M4 to Alexanderplatz runs 24/7 from Monday to Friday every 5 minutes by day and every 15 minuets in the evenings and on weekends and every 30 minutes in the night. Tickets can be bought at the machine inside the tram or also on the app „BVG Tickets“.
Bus
The next bus station „Mollstr./Otto-Braun-Str.“ is only 200 meters away on the right from our house straight ahead across the intersection. The bus 200 direction „Zoologischer Garten“ runs every 20 minutes from 05:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The bus 142 to Hauptbahnhof runs every 20 minutes 24/7.

If you want to explore Berlin by bike, you will find the next rental station at „Alexanderplatz“. It costs about 15,00 euros per day.

The trip to central station costs about 14,00 - 17,00 euros.

ROOM CLEANING
To offer you the lowest budget prices for your stay, we refrain from daily room cleaning. Only the trash bin in your room is emptied on a daily basis. Would you like to have fresh bedlinen, this service costs 15,00 euros per person.
SMOKING
Our house is a stict non-smoking house. We kindly ask all smokers to smoke outside the house. Violating this rule will carry a penalty of 100,00 euros.
UMBRELLA
On rainy days, umbrellas can be borrowed at the reception desk for a deposit of 10.00 euros.
