One or two nights are enough to see a lot of Berlin. Alexanderplatz and the TV Tower are an easy walk from the door, Museum Island and Berlin Cathedral a stroll through the city. Everything else is a few minutes away by train, bus or bike.
And best of all: despite the central location, our guests stay in a quiet courtyard with the atmosphere of a typical Berlin period building. Our rooms are spread over five floors. Shared washrooms and lockable showers and toilets are located on each floor – modern and cleaned daily.

Yes. Please let us know in advance – for arrivals after 6 pm a short message is enough. You will then usually receive the details for self check-in by email. Quiet hours start at 10 pm.
To keep the price low we do not clean the rooms daily – we only empty your room waste each day. The shared showers and toilets are cleaned daily.
No. Berlin is the perfect city for celebrating – it does not have to be the hotel room. That keeps things quiet for all guests.
Only for additional services: late departure until 1 pm €20, fresh bed linen €15 per person, loss of the room card €20. Smoking inside the building is not permitted (penalty €100).
