Centrally located in a Berlin period building, just two tram stops or about 15 minutes on foot from Alexanderplatz. Quietly situated in the courtyard.
Please note: our listed building has no lift, and there are a few steps up to the entrance. The quadruple room is on the ground floor.

You can book quickly and at the best price directly through our booking system – the contact form is for questions and requests, not for reservations.
You can check in personally at reception until 6 pm; for later arrivals please contact us in advance and use self check-in.

Check-in
From 2 pm. Personal check-in at reception until 6 pm; for later arrivals we offer self check-in — please contact us in advance. You will usually receive the access details by e-mail once the booking has been paid in full.
Early check-in
Before 2 pm free of charge, subject to arrangement and availability; there is no entitlement.
Check-out
Until 11 am.
Late check-out
Until 1 pm for €20, subject to arrangement and availability. If the room is used beyond 1 pm, up to the full room rate for another night may be charged.
Additional change of bed linen
€15 per person.
Loss of a room card
€20.
Non-smoking hotel
Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. In case of a breach we may charge a flat €100 for additional cleaning and odour removal; proof of a lower amount of damage remains possible.
Parking
Public city parking spaces are available directly in front of the house, currently €2.00 per hour (9 am–midnight).
City tax
Berlin’s overnight tax is already included in the room rate where applicable.
