Fill in your registration form in advance on your smartphone, tablet or computer – your check-in will be faster, whether in person at reception or by self check-in on late arrival. Registration is required by German law (Federal Registration Act, § 29) and takes only a few minutes.

Your data is safe
Your details are transmitted encrypted (SSL/TLS) and sent exclusively to the reception of Hotel AVAlex – they are not passed on to third parties. The registration form is stored in accordance with the Federal Registration Act (§ 30) and deleted once the period expires.
The data is processed to fulfil the statutory registration obligation under Sections 29 and 30 of the German Federal Registration Act (Bundesmeldegesetz). Registration data is kept for one year from the day of departure and deleted no later than three months after that period ends.
